T1.dll (thread server) can be Reg-Free

From the work in ActiveVFP we know we can easily deploy VFP mtdll servers Reg-Free. This makes distribution extremely easy. Why not do the same for T1.dll??

Shared Variables and Thread Synchronization (Locking)

I'll update MTmyVFP when I get a chance to contain the latest Threading class (now in VFPWebCrawler). I'll attempt to make it backward compatible to VFP 7 or VFP 8. I should be able to add the back...
